You have control over what we store about you. This page explains those rights and the single email address you can use to exercise any of them.
What you can ask us to do
Right to know
You can request a copy of every piece of personal information we hold about you. That includes your email, name, addresses, order history, wishlist, reviews, and newsletter status. We'll respond within 30 days.
Right to correct
If anything we have on file is wrong — a misspelled name, an old address, a duplicate order — email us and we'll fix it within a few days.
Right to delete
You can erase your account and personal data at any time. Order records are retained for tax purposes (7 years per US law) but stripped of personal identifiers on request.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with any third party for any purpose. There is nothing to opt out of — but we list this right here for completeness, because California, Colorado, and several other states require us to mention it.
Right to non-discrimination
Exercising any of these rights will not change the price you pay, the quality of service you receive, or how quickly your order ships.
How to make a request
Email priyankapillaikarnam@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us what you'd like to do. Please include the Session reference shown at the bottom of any page on this site — it helps us locate your visit quickly and reduces the back-and-forth.
For verified requests we may ask you to confirm by replying from the email address on file. This is to protect your data from being requested by someone pretending to be you.
Cookies & tracking
We use one cookie: a signed session cookie that holds your cart, your wishlist, your sign-in status, and your unique web-ID verification code. We do not run any third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or cross-site analytics. The only optional analytics we offer is a privacy-friendly server-side counter (no individual tracking).
Updates
If we ever change how we handle your data, we'll update both this page and the Privacy section of our shop policies, and we'll send a note to confirmed newsletter subscribers.
