How this works

Shipping & delivery

Every piece ships from the studio. Standard delivery is the default and is included in the ZIP-zone rate; Plus delivery is faster and insured to the full sale price.

Standard

• 5-7 business days in the continental US
• Packed in acid-free tissue + rigid corner protectors
• Tracking number emailed at dispatch

Plus

• 1-2 business days in the continental US
• Fully insured to the sale price
• Signature required on delivery

International

Available to most countries. Buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes assessed on arrival. Delivery times vary (typically 10-20 business days). Contact me before ordering if you need a specific arrival window.

Originals over $500

Larger originals ship crated. Add 1-2 weeks for crating and book a date for delivery. I'll reach out after your order.

Returns & refunds

If the piece arrives damaged

Photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately and email priyankapillaikarnam@gmail.com within 7 days. I'll arrange replacement, repair, or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Returns within 14 days

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for prints and sketches in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable; buyer pays return shipping. Refund issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the piece arriving back at the studio.

Originals are final-sale

Unique originals are final-sale unless damaged in transit. Please use the detail page's images and dimensions carefully before purchasing, and feel free to email me first if you'd like more photos.

Privacy

I collect only what's needed to fulfill your order and respond to your emails — name, email, shipping address, and payment confirmation from Stripe. I never see your full card details; Stripe handles all card processing.

What I store

• Email and name (linked to your sign-in)
• Shipping addresses you save
• Order history
• Reviews you leave
• Wishlist contents

What I don't do

• Sell or rent your information to anyone, ever
• Share your address with third parties beyond the shipping carrier
• Track you across other websites
• Use cookies for advertising

Deletion

Email me to request deletion of your account and personal data. Order records are retained for tax purposes (7 years per US law) but stripped of personal identifiers on request.

Terms of sale

Authenticity

Every piece is original and handmade by Priyanka. Each work is shipped with a unique authentication code (PRY-YYYY-XXXXXX) recorded against the original in the studio inventory. Prints are signed and numbered; edition sizes are honored — the edition pool will never be enlarged.

Reproduction rights

Purchase entitles you to ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist. Please don't reproduce, photograph for commercial use, or feed these images to AI training systems without written permission.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

Disputes

Reach out by email first — I'd much rather solve it directly than route through a payment processor or court. Stripe disputes are also available as a backstop.
