A studio built on slow attention.

I'm Priyanka Karnam — a painter and printmaker working from a small studio in Boston. This site is a living catalogue of everything I make, with the stories behind each piece.

Practice

I work primarily in acrylic and mixed media on canvas or hand-torn paper. My prints are archival, signed, and issued in small editions (usually 30-100 copies, never repeated).

Each piece takes weeks. I don't produce for volume. If a work isn't ready, it doesn't leave the studio.

Commissions

I take on 4-6 commissions each year. Typical timeline is 8-12 weeks from first conversation to shipped piece.

Shipping

All originals ship insured, wrapped in acid-free tissue and double-boxed. Prints ship flat in acid-free sleeves. Global shipping available; quoted per destination.
